O’Connor Construction requested that a solution be provided to reduce excessive reverberation within the main lobby of two student housing buildings. During full occupancy speach intelligibility became difficult.

RT60 measurements were taken in the lobbies. The measurements were analyzed and used to determine the type, amount and placement of absorptive materials to reduce the reverberation time. The findings were detailed in a report and provided to the client.
