LVA Management requested that an acoustic evaluation be performed on a residential unit to determine a solution to mitigate traffic noise on the back patio of the property, as well as various interior living spaces.

The building was inspected to determine the best course of action to mitigate the excess noise. A sound wall for the patio was designed to attenuate the traffic noise. Windows at the location were determined to be sub-par and replacement sound rated windows were recommended. Various other solutions were also recommended to achieve the desired noise level.

The results and recommendations were prepared in a report for the client, as well as drawings and design plans.
